Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chateaulesparfums.com with your order details.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a 7 day timeframe. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@chateaulesparfums.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
